KITS Welcomes a "Modern" Ambassador

Kids in the Spotlight is delighted to announce that actress-singer Ariel Winter ("Modern Family") has joined our amazing board of ambassadors. A longtime supporter of KITS, Ariel was first introduced to Kids in the Spotlight when her co-star, longtime ambassador and KITS Awards host, Ty Burrell, arranged for a group of our youngsters to visit the Modern Family set at Fox Studios. The die was cast and as they say, the rest is history.
In addition to portraying Alex Dunphy, Ariel is a busy voice actress know also known as the title character in the Disney Junior show Sofia the First and the voice of Penny Peterson in the 2014 animated film Mr. Peabody and Sherman.
We are thrilled that Ariel will be taking an active role in representing and promoting Kids in the Spotlight. Make sure to greet her when you attend the KITS Awards where she'll be presenting one of the coveted awards.
